"We know it's difficult to purchase anything online without having sighted it or trying it on, that's why we will offer you the ability to return a piece of jewellery that you don't like.  If you are unsure what to choose you can purchase a number of items and return what you don't like." *Conditions

In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with any of our Jewellery and would like to Exchange or Return your piece of Jewellery for a refund, please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss and we will resolve the issue promptly.  If you are still unsure about an item, please contact us to request some more images or give us a call to discuss. 

Once a Return, Exchange or Refund have been approved by Me SurfSnow, all goods are to be posted within 14 days, with all packaging and documentation.

Return postage costs : Who pays?

If the Jewellery is damaged or defective in some way we will gladly pay for the cost of shipping back to us, however if you decide that you have changed your mind and wish to exchange or receive a refund, we think it is only fair that the purchaser pay for the return postage.

Overseas Customers

We offer the same guarantee to our overseas customers, however please consider the cost of postage against going to your local jeweller to have the following services done.  Re-Rhodium, Re-Enamel. Any good manufacturing Jeweller can perform these services at a cost. We offer it for free, but the customer is required to send it to us and enclose a postage paid envelope.

Our Guarantee:

We guarantee our Jewellery for Life! We will repair OR replace at our discretion any article of Jewellery that we feel is faulty and has not met our quality standards.  Lost, Broken, Damaged or Mistreated Jewellery does not entitle you to a free repair or replacement.  Contact us to discuss further.

Rhodium Plating:

Rhodium is a member of the Platinum family.  However the actual metal Rhodium is far too hard and brittle to actually manufacture Jewellery products from. Therefore a thin coating of Rhodium to the outside of Jewellery is very common amongst higher class Sterling Silver and White Golds.The electro-deposition of Rhodium assists in the oxidation resistance, gives a shiny white surface like Platinum and retains its brightness for an extended time. However all jewellery that is Rhodium plated will require a re-coating at least once a year is advisable. 

Enamel Accents

Although the black enamel accent is hard wearing it will eventually wear away if your jewellery is worn continuously or cleaned in an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner or exposed to harsh chemicals. As we are manufacturing jewellers we are here for all your jewellery care needs, so contact us to have your jewellery to be refreshed with this enamel accent.  Contact us to organise a re enamelling. You will need to post it to us with a return self addressed envelope inside. Please use a tracked postage. We are not responsible for the jewellery going missing.

Overseas Customers

If you are overseas and purchase a product with black enamel or rhodium plating, we advise the same conditions apply regarding postage. Please consider the cost of postage against going to your local jeweller to have the same services done.

Postage 

Please ensure you send your goods via Trackable postage or Registered or Certified Post with insurance,  Me SurfSnow will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Me SurfSnow and Me Jewellery Design Pty Ltd are not liable to refund any international taxes or duties on exported goods.   

Coupons, Discounts or Gift recipients are not transferable or become part of the refund process.

Refund Policy

Me SurfSnow does offer refunds, however we must be notified within 5 days of receiving the article.

In order for you to receive a refund the product must have been delivered to you in a damaged or unusable state. We will however refund if you are completely unhappy with your purchase and the item has not been custom made or created specificaly created for you.

 * Our Refund Policy does not apply to Jewellery that is Manufactured/Created/Custom made to order - (unless the item is faulty)
It applies to all items that are available for immediate purchase. 
*Jewellery mistreated, or the customer has not followed our Jeweller Care guidelines leading to badly scratched, or Rhodium plating or Enamel Accents wearing away quickly due to constant wearing or/& exposure to chemicals. See our Jewellery Care page for further advice.
