Retailer Conditions
1) the use of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is in Australian Dollars AUD$, and it is to be used as a guideline for pricing and left up to the discretion of the Retailer
2) all Jewellery is to be sold with the branded "ME SurfSnow" swings tags and packaging that is supplied by ME SurfSnow..
3) ME SurfSnow can supply branded display cabinets and stands if required within an order package deal. Please contact us for details.. branded cabinets and stands remain the property of ME SurfSnow until paid for outright.
4) Retailers will be granted exclusivity, based on the amount purchased by the retailer and including a wide variety of product across all categories (Pendants, Necklaces, Earrings, Bracelets,Charms, Rings, Cufflinks) and consistent and seasonal orders. Subject to negotiation with consideration given to the Region, Population, Potential volume of customers, Resort/Store location and Size.
* Retailers not complying or agreeing with these standard conditions of sale, will not be supplied products.
* Retailers with approved Consigment Stock will NOT be granted exclusivity.
Product Descriptions and Dimensions
Please choose carefully and ensure that the products meet your specification. All dimensions listed on line are approximates and can sometimes be a few millimetres out. If unsure please contact our friendly team to confirm exacts measurements
Security
You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on our website. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify ME SurfSnow immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding our website that comes to your attention.
Photos
Please note that all pictures should only be used as a reference, items may vary slightly in colour from the images shown (depends on contrast of your monitor). Also, stones may vary slightly from photos. No reproductions of any pictures are permitted without the consent of ME SurfSnow.
Sizes.
Most of our products have standard sizes. If you require a specific length or size please contact us to arrange.
Out of Stock Items
From time to time your order may contain out of stock items. If this is the case you will be contacted and notified via email or phone. You will then be asked if you want to substitute the product for something else to the same value or proceed with your order minus the out of stock items (you will only be charged for items that are in stock). Alternatively we can put the item on backorder.

Opening Hours
Our office is open Monday – Friday from 9.00am to 5pm and we are closed on Public Holidays. Weekends: We will check emails Sunday evening for orders and dispatches.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations of orders must be advised to a staff member prior to the order being processed and dispatched. Orders cancelled after order has been processed and dispatched will incur $25 processing and handling fee.

ME SurfSnow does offer refunds, however we must be notified within 5 days of receiving the article.
